BE PREPARED FOR YOUR LEASE END



1. SCHEDULE A COMPLIMENTARY VEHICLE INSPECTION

In preparation for lease-end, we recommend you take advantage of an optional inspection.3 Call (855) 90-MY-LFS to speak to an AutoVIN specialist or visit AutoVINLive.com and schedule an appointment online

 

 

2. REVIEW VEHICLE INSPECTION RESULTS

Review your pre-inspection report, available online at AutoVINLive.com, then explore the option of repairing any excess wear and use items with our Service Department in advance of your expected vehicle return date.

 

 

3. MAKE THE NECESSARY REPAIRS

If repairs are needed, we encourage you to contact our Service Department to ensure that the vehicle is properly repaired with Genuine Lexus Parts.

 

 

4. RETURN YOUR LEXUS

Contact us to schedule your lease return. Make sure you bring the toolkit and spare tire (if applicable), all sets of keys, the Owner’s Manuals, and any original equipment on your vehicle at lease inspection (radio, headrests, 3rd row seat, tonneau/cargo cover, etc.)

 

 

5. AFTER THE RETURN

Once the return is complete, LFS will send you a Lease End Invoice if you have any unpaid payments, late fees and miscellaneous charges. If you had a Security deposit, it will be returned to your home address via check. It will be used to first pay any Lease End Invoice charges, if applicable.  Additionally, if you make automatic payments through Lexus Financial Services, please make sure you cancel them.
