While we did begin our discussion with the most impressive of their luxury line, my circumstances did not permit me to make a significant investment at this time. Frank moved down the list one by one sharing the key features of the new, then previously owned certified vehicles and what inventory had been returned from leasing. I decided on a previous owned leased vehicle in mint condition and plenty of room to permit me to take along my bike, labrador, and easily get groceries. “ I recently switched to a RX350 from a GLE350 lease. As part of the deal, the dealership Manager Michael Penta agreed to fix minor scratches on my Mercedes before it was returned. His salesperson Felicia Lattimore sends me an email confirming it was done and the car was returned. I visited the vehicle on the Mercedes lot a few days after it was returned to discover no fix was done. Lexus deserves better, and I am still waiting for lease manager Joe Gomez or salesperson to address the issue. ”
