A good push has begun to produce new-looking models that can easily elicit the buying emotions necessary to see an upswing in future sales that should be just around the corner. A new generation of Lexus products are on the drawing board and the first offer to win over any existing detractors is slated to be the 2013 GS 350 .

GS is Extremely Important to the Brand

This completely redesigned mid-size luxury sedan is slated to hit the U.S. Sales market in February 2012. This new vehicle gets its world stage début during a Super Bowl commercial where gazillions are glued to the seat during the world's premier sports event. The new look is quite an aggressive touch revealing the fact Lexus is quite serious about taking on all competitors. It may be a sleek look, but it is also a “meaner” look. Lexus said it is targeting customers who never settle and always “want everything. Now!”

New Front Screams Styling

The new grille on the GS 350 embraces quite an edgier look than any other Lexus vehicle from its past. It now proudly wears a scowling and sharp-looking face. The lines reveal a grand, yet smooth elegance. You can still discern plenty of leftover remnants from the old GS exhibited in its greenhouse and curved forward C-pillar edge – a define feature found continuously since the very first one ran of the assembly line.  Changes do include lengthening the rear deck along with a two-inch width increase. The new looks make the GS appear lower to the road and, at least visually, is way more better balanced then before. The newly redesigned GS may not appear in your side view or rear view mirror as if it is the type of vehicle driven by someone who is going to let you merge in front of them onto the highway or change into their lane. It has that type of “tough guy” look when approaching you from behind that just may make the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end.
