I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you.  You have made purchasing a new car a pleasure.  I am so pleased with my new Lexus RX400h.

From the moment I walked into the sales showroom, until days after my final purchase, you have been incredibly helpful and extremely thoughtful.

I really appreciated your sincere concern over my injury, as well as you very thoughtful note wishing me a happy birthday!  I was also pleased that your employee offered to return my plates to motor vehicle for me since he lived close by.

I can't tell you how different my experience was a Lexus -vs- BMW.  I was quite sure I wanted the new Lexus Hybrid, but figured I should go to other showrooms and give them a try as well.  I now understand why Lexus and those work with Lexus are rated number one for their customer service (& care).

I have already suggested Lexus to many of my friends in the last week-two of them have actually test driven my new car.

I can't say enought good things about my experience.  I hope you will pass this letter along to your sales manager, as well as the owner of the dealer, and hopefully even those higher up in the Lexus Corporatioin.
